Where do you ship from?
Jasikini is proudly based in BC, Canada. All orders are processed and shipped from within BC< Canada.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by region:

Canada: 2–7 business days
USA: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Will I have to pay duties or import taxes?

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?
Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, we currently offer exchanges or store credit on unworn items with tags still attached.

How do I request an exchange?
Contact us at jasikinibikinis@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and requested size.
